Before you choose a workout, I want to emphasize the importance of Periodization Training. By creating a plan for your workouts you will be able to minimize fitness plateaus and perform your best. (more about it in my blog soon! stay toned)

Here are some info about the session offered on Demand. If you need a 101 training, please let me know.

Type of Classes/ workouts

IHP, Inferno Hot Pilates 

A full-body workout designed to strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. It is Hight Intensity (HIIT), but low-impact, which helps protect your joints and muscles. It also incorporates the Pilates Principles.  Classes types: IHP Bands, IHP Weights, IHP Cardio

Endurance & Conditioning Training

Focusing on specific muscle areas of the body during the workout. Example: Leg day, Upper body day. Using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistant bands, and foam roller.

Use resistant bands to help improve your form and the quality of exercise. It is fundamental for functional training to build mobility and strength.

Upper body:

Focusing on Endurance, Hypertrophy, or Strength.

Focusing on Endurance, Hypertrophy, or Strenght.

 

 

Legs:

Focusing on Endurance, Hypertrophy, or strength.

IHP Weights

Working out with dumbbells and kettlebells will improve your power endurance.

Hard Core Pilates

Authentic Classical Pilates technique that helps your body increase abdominal and lower back strength, improve posture, and tone, and build body awareness.
