Movement

2. Choose How To Move

Three ways to train, built to work together

3. Find your Starting Point

There’s no wrong place to begin. Here’s how most women grow into it:

Getting started — 1 session a week. One Private or one Class. Consistency first.

Building momentum — 2 to 3 sessions a week. A mix of Private, Classes or Online.

Full rhythm — 4 to 5 sessions a week. Private + Strength + Mat + HIIT/Sculpt

We’ll figure out your starting point together in your Start Where You Are session and adjust it as you go.

Built to progress, not plateau

Every plan here moves forward. As you get stronger, your exercises change, your intensity changes, and your sessions change with you. That’s how you keep seeing results instead of hitting a wall.

Why Train with Diana

A woman exercising on a reformer machine in a bright studio, smiling while reaching over her head.

I want to share my love of movement and my passion for it with you. I honestly love physical activity and don’t discriminate against any.

Movement, in my opinion, is like food: there are plenty of options; you need to find what it is that feels good to your body.

XO, Diana
